Nuoc cham
Nuoc cham is a kind of sauce the the Vietnamese people use in their daily life for every meal. Depend on each type of food, we can make our personal nuoc cham. Here in vietcuisines we show you another very aromatic kind of Nuoc Cham we like very much.

Ingredients

2 long red chillies
1 garlic clove,chopped
1 tablespoon grated palm sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar




Instruction

Step 1
Seed 1 chilli. After that roughly chop both chillies. Place chilli and garlic in a small food processor. Process until they are finely chopped.

Step 2
Place chilli mixture, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, vinegar and 2 tablespoons cold water in a small bowl. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Serve.
